The design and manufacture of gyml series carton automatic gluing machine meet the requirements of printing, sotting, folding, bonding and stacking. It has the functions of carrying, applying glue, folding and torming several layers automaically. PLC control, touch screen operation, pre storage and management of orders. Its high-speed production capacity, rapidly changing orders and good stability can meet the shorter and shorter delivery cycle requirements of our carton customers.

★ Function and Characteristics:

● This machine adopts the design concept of Korean Qinglong company. It is the only one in Dongguang County that uses three groups of wall panels to fix the folding arm, so as to realize the stability and non vibration of the folding arm.
● The folding belt adopts separate power, and each group of belt is driven by a separate motor, which can prolong the service life of the belt and reduce the tension of the bell.
● The machine adopts vacuum adsorption to transport the paperboard to ensure the stability and deviation correction function of the paperboard during operation.
● The paste head is glued by roller.
● The computer automatically changes orders and automatically stores orders, wtiich is synchronized with die cutting.
● The counting and discharging part adopts the direct paper output mode to slow down the transmission distance, which is suitable for small cartons.
● The discharge part adopts the direct push paper discharge mode, which solves the problem of traditional hook discharge and small paperboard collapse.
● The printing department and the box pasting department can realize differential linkage, input the total width of the paperboard, and automatically track the adhesive belt, so as to realize the minimum distance between the paperboard and the paperboard of 5-1 Ocm, so as to reduce the speed of the belt, improve the speed of box pasting and reduce unnecessary belt wear.
