● With rapid replacement of production orders, intelligent and comprehensive program control functions, making machine production and adjustment more humane, higher safety, product yield greatly improved.
● The transmission gear is made of 20GrMnTi alloy steel, fine grinding, national standard six level accuracy, hardness HRC58-62.
● Keyless connecting ring and cross slider structure are adopted to realize gear transmission without side backlash, which can achieve long-term printing registration.
● High precision mesh stick and ink roller, independent motor drive, beyond clutch separation, pneumatic plate lfting, intelligent boot, stop ink leveling system.
